Berry Pavlova for Summer

Summer Berry Pavlova !!



Hey there! here is a recipe on how to make a super delicious berry pavlova.Best eaten in Summer.Already tried this before but it doesn't came out the way it supposed to be.The texture is a lil bit squishy.My mistake.But hey! i still have a long way to go,Have a chill !

p/s:don't worry if you follow this recipe by heart,The result is sooo satisfying trust me.It is just me who make it clumsily (as usual :p)


Ingredients

  • 5 egg whites
  • 1 1/4 cups caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tbs cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Method

    • STEP 1Preheat oven to 120C.
    • STEP 2Beat eggs whites until stiff.
    • STEP 3Add caster sugar slowly and then salt.
    • STEP 4Beat for a further 5 minutes until thick, stiff peaks form.
    • STEP 5Beat in vanilla and vinegar, then fold in cornflour.
    • STEP 6Spoon mixture onto a baking paper covered tray, shape into a 20 cm circle and pile                     high.
    • STEP 7Bake for about 1-1½ hours and let cool in the oven with door ajar.
    • STEP 8When cool cover top with whipped cream and toppings of choice.

    Notes

    Great topped with fresh fruit, or a crushed chocolate bar.But since this is about "BERRY" pavlova so yeah! use the cute berries then
